Eddie O'LoughlinEddie O'Loughlin is a music industry entrepreneur and co-founder of successful independent companies Midland Records International and Next Plateau Records with a reputation for being a "hands on" music executive. International stars and Grammy winners signed by O'Loughlin include Silver Convention, Carol Douglas, John Travolta, Jenny Burton, Sharon Brown, Salt-n-Pepa, Paperboy, Sybil, Sweet Sensation, KWS, Boy Krazy and others who have garnered over 40 Gold and Platinum certifications.

O'Loughlin's music publishing signing's range from Gloria Gaynor, Salt-n-Pepa and all of the hit singles released by Prodigy.

After the sale of Next Plateau, O'Loughlin joined Tommy Boy Music and was named Co-Head of A&R where he worked with the label's dance and urban roster and signed #1 Rap act, Coo Coo Cal.

In 2003, O'Loughlin continued his entrepreneurial talents by re-establishing Next Plateau Entertainment in a partnership with Universal Records to release his new productions, including the international smash by Nina Sky, "Move Your Body". He is co A&Ring the current Reina album for Robbins Entertainment, and is a co founding Director of the Dance Music Hall of Fame.
